This is a translation for your convenience. If in doubt, the Spanish version prevails.
In short
K-Pulso has no sign-up, comments or newsletter, and shows no ads. We don’t ask for your name or email. If you vote, sync “My idols” or turn on comeback alerts, we store the minimum needed for it to work, without knowing who you are. Only if you accept, we count visits with Google Analytics. Here we explain the little that is processed and who processes it.

What data is processed and why
Server logs
As on any website, the server records each visit: IP address, date and time, page requested and browser type. They are used only to keep the site running and to protect it from attacks. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). They are deleted automatically after a limited time.
If you write to us
If you send us an email, we will use your address and message only to reply. Legal basis: your consent when you write to us. We delete the email once it is no longer needed.
What is stored in your browser
Your language, the groups you follow in “My idols” and whether you accepted watching YouTube videos are stored in your browser. They don’t reach us, except what you choose to send us with the features below. See the details in the cookie policy.
Polls
If you vote, we store your vote together with two encrypted fingerprints: one of the random number your browser creates for voting and one of your connection. They stop anyone from voting many times. We don’t store your IP address and we can’t tell who you are. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in fair polls (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Individual votes are deleted 14 days after each poll closes; after that only the totals remain.
“My idols” on another device
If you create a code to see your idols on another device, we store on our server the list of groups you follow together with that code, and nothing else. Legal basis: it is the service you ask for when you create the code (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). You can delete it at any time with the “Delete my list from the server” button. If nobody uses the code for 400 days, it is deleted automatically.
Comeback alerts
If you turn on alerts, your browser gives us a technical address from its notification service. We store it with your language, your time zone and, if you choose “Only my idols”, the groups you follow, so we can alert you at your local time. Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by pressing “Turn on alerts” and allowing notifications. You can withdraw it at any time with “Turn off alerts” or in your browser settings. It is deleted when you turn alerts off, if your browser cancels the address, or after 400 days without visiting the site.
To prevent abuse of these three features, the server counts for 2 days how many times they are used from each connection, also with an encrypted fingerprint and without storing the IP.
Visit statistics (only if you accept)
If you accept statistics in the cookie notice, we use Google Analytics to learn how many people visit the site, which pages they view, from which country, on what kind of device and from which website they arrive. We use it only to improve K-Pulso and do not combine it with other data. Google Analytics does not store your IP address. Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time in the cookie policy. The data is kept for 2 months.
Third-party services
To show you the site, your browser connects to these services, which receive your IP address:
- Hostinger, our hosting provider, based in the European Union. It processes data on our behalf.
- YouTube and Google (Google Ireland Limited): they serve the video thumbnails on every page and, when you choose to watch a video here, the player. Google may transfer data outside the European Union with the safeguards required by the GDPR, such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. See the Google Privacy Policy.
- Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited): only if you accept statistics. It processes data on our behalf and may transfer it outside the European Union with the same safeguards as Google's other services.
- TikTok: there are only links. TikTok receives nothing until you tap one.
- Browser notification services (Google Firebase Cloud Messaging, Mozilla Push Service, Apple Push Notification service or Microsoft Windows Push Notification Services, depending on your browser): only if you turn on alerts. We send them an empty alert for your alert address; your browser then fetches the text directly from K-Pulso. They may process data outside the European Union with the safeguards required by the GDPR.
YouTube API Services
K-Pulso uses YouTube API Services to read public video data: titles, views and dates. We do not ask for access to your Google or YouTube account and we do not process any account data. If you ever give an app access to your account, you can revoke it on the Google permissions page.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, or move it to another service. Write to lorea@lashelle.shop. If you think we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or to the data protection authority in your country.
As we don’t know who you are, the quickest way to delete your “My idols” list or your alerts is with their buttons on the site.
Changes
If the way we process data changes (for example, when adding ads), we will update this page and its date.
